I've had several cysts in different places and the only way to get rid of them is to leave them alone and they will go on their own, even if it takes several months. You can try pressing a hot compress (like a washcloth in hot water, or a wheatbag) on the area for a few minutes a couple times a day, this can certainly help to reduce them if you keep at it. One excellent tip that a doctor gave me and helped clear mine up was to take flaxseed oil capsules - 1000 mg a day. The oil helps to clear the blockage. This helped me so much and I continue to take it and I haven't had one since!
