Can cycling overdevelop your quads to the point of damaging your hamstrings?
Q. As in, does cycling alone develop your hamstrings enough to keep up with your quads?

A. if pedalling properly yes it will equal. if all you did was stand and push on pedals then you could have under developed hams but damage will only be because of under used. not from over developed quads.you should do some reading in the area of fitness.
